To make a booking, simply choose the tour you are interested in, scroll down, and click on the “Book”-button. Select the dates you wish to go and provide your details. After you have completed payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which also contains detailed information about itinerary, what to pack, where to meet, contact details to your guide and everything else you might need to know.
Bookings will be closed one month before the trip starts, and the required number of participants is four. You will receive a full refund if there are not enough participants.
Our crew speaks both Norwegian and English. Spanish, German and French is also spoken by some locals in Vardø.
Our guide will meet you at the airport, depending on which trip you have signed up for.
Finnair flies from Helsinki to Ivalo in Finland and through to Kirkenes. Norwegian and SAS flies from Oslo to Kirkenes.
The arctic climate is somewhat unpredictable, therefore it is essential to bring good outdoor clothes and shoes. We suggest you bring a day pack and a camera for our day trips.
Our boats are equipped with life jackets and survival suits.
In general, our tours go as planned. In the rare case of snow on the road to Vardø, the road can be closed a few hours.
The Northern Lights generally occur from late September to early April. The Midnight Sun will be there from the middle of May to the end of July.
